The Whisky

Well, let's see. We started distilling in October 2010. Which means that our first whisky, ever, will be born in October 2013.

Right now the good stuff is enjoying The Big Sleep. Please come and visit us and see for yourself.

Malt

We use three different malts; one that's unpeated, one that's medium peated (16 ppm) and one that is (sort of) heavy peated (50 ppm).

The Woods

We use Sherry barrels, ex-bourbon barrels from Makers Mark and fresh Swedish barrels. The roasting varies.

This will give our customer 9 different expressions to enjoy. Please enjoy responsible.
